Project Brief

‘HuMel’ comes from the word ‘Human’ and ‘Camel’. Having a back scoliosis at the very young age does not stop me from pursuing dancing as a profession, instead it gives me the push to go further. Then came the image of camel, where it’s bone known for consistency and durability.

Working with a new body weight (Dalila) was a test of how much weight can I endure on my backbone.
